Booking Terms
Atlas & Pierre provides personalized travel planning and booking services through independent third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and destination management companies. Atlas & Pierre acts solely as an intermediary and does not own, operate, or control these suppliers. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and policies of the applicable supplier.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documentation, as well as reviewing all booking confirmations and travel documents upon receipt. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.
Before planning or booking begins, clients will receive a separate Client Travel Agreement outlining the terms of service, planning fees (if applicable), payment terms, cancellations, supplier policies, limitations of liability, and other important conditions governing the travel planning relationship.
